Servant Opportunities Network (SON) helps middle adults find second career opportunities in missions and retirees find volunteer service in Christian ministries where they live or would like to go. Hundreds of mission agencies and parachurch ministries have listed thousands of opportunities in our database. In the second half of life, you have maturity, wisdom, experience in vital ministry support activities, and may be financially independent and available. SON can match you to opportunities according to: type of work; length of service; geographic location; and theological preference.
