ADONIRAM JUDSON: HOW FEW THERE ARE WHO DIE SO HARD by John Piper Our Lord Jesus said to us in very solemn words, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit" (John 12:24). In other words, a fruitful life and an eternal life come from this: dying like a seed and hating your life in this world.
