Student Mission Conferences

(See also: Student Conferences with a Partial Missions Emphasis) NOMADS (Not limited to students only) Heart of God Ministries provides a weekend camp-out missions conference for those who have never been mobilized for missions, to those who are already serving as missionaries. URBANA Held every three years, the next Urbana is in 2009 in St. Louis. News updates will begin in January 09. This link will take you to the Urbana web site and a ton of good stuff. THE JOURNEY DEEPENS (Not limited to students only) This weekend is about being in passionate pursuit of: 1) developing a closer relationship with God, 2) praying for God's glory to come to all peoples, 3) discovering whether God is calling you to become a missionary or serve as a sender. The retreat includes worship, life-changing speakers, powerpoint presentations, small group discussion and prayer, Q & A with experienced missionaries, bookstore, personal reflection and prayer.
